Richard F. Dauch , , , Chief Executive Officer

Richard F. (Rick) Dauch is chief executive officer of Delphi Technologies. He also serves on the Delphi Technologies’ board of directors.

Dauch is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of cumulative leadership experience developed during his complementary corporate and military careers. He is a proven executive with a track record of driving operational excellence and profitable growth. His extensive management and leadership experience spans a broad range of disciplines including operations, commercial, labor relations, strategic planning, finance, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Delphi Technologies in January of 2019, Dauch served for seven years as president and chief executive officer of Accuride Corp., a leading supplier of wheel end systems to the global commercial vehicle industry. He was also an officer of the company and a member of the Accuride board of directors.

Previously, Dauch served as president and chief executive officer of Acument Global Technologies. He led this preeminent provider of fastening solutions in support of brand-leading customers in the aerospace and defense, automotive, heavy truck, industrial, non-automotive transportation, and related end markets.

Prior to his service at Acument, Dauch served in varied capacities during a 13-year tenure with American Axle and Manufacturing Inc., a leading global automotive supplier of driveline, drivetrain and chassis systems. Most recently, he was executive vice president of Worldwide Manufacturing. Dauch began his career with United Technologies where he led the specialty packaged products business for the Carrier Division.

Dauch’s corporate career was preceded by his service as an officer in the U.S. Army beginning in 1983 and concluding as a light infantry company commander with the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, N.Y. He was also qualified as an Airborne-Ranger and expert infantryman.

He is a member of the board of directors of Spartan Motors Inc., Koch Enterprises Inc., and the Heavy-Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA). Dauch is also on the board of directors and is a past president of the Army Football Club.

Dauch earned dual master’s degrees in management and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and is a graduate of the MIT Leaders for Manufacturing program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he was a four-year football letterman and a Rhodes scholar candidate.

Alex Ashmore , , , Senior Vice President and President Aftermarket

Alex Ashmore is senior vice president and president Aftermarket of Delphi Technologies.

Prior to his current role, Ashmore was ABB’s senior group vice president and lead division manager Electrification in Asia-Pacific. He began his career with TRW in 1990, where he held a variety of aftermarket roles of increasing seniority in sales, marketing, and product management in both Europe and Asia-Pacific. In 2006, he was named head of TRW’s Asia-Pacific aftermarket business in Shanghai, where he also served as chairman of the China Aftermarket Forum, a subsidiary of Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA). In 2012, Ashmore was named vice president and general manager, Parts and Service, global. In 2013 he assumed the leadership of TRW’s Friction Manufacturing business.

Ashmore holds a degree in economics from Manchester University and a CIM Diploma in marketing from Birmingham Polytechnic University.

Sherief Bakr , , , Vice President Investor Relations

Sherief Bakr is vice president, investor relations of Delphi Technologies. He has global responsibility for all initiatives related to communication with the investment community.

Bakr brings almost 20 years of experience working in financial services and investor relations in both Europe and North America. Prior to joining Delphi Technologies, he was group vice president, investor relations at Gartner Inc., a global research and advisory company. Before joining Gartner, Bakr was director, investor relations at Nokia Corporation from 2010 to 2015, based in London. Between 1999 and 2010, he served as a sell-side equity research analyst with Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.

Bakr holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Bath, England.

Simon Brimble , , , Interim Vice President Supply Chain Management

Simon Brimble is interim vice president, supply chain management of Delphi Technologies.

Most recently, Brimble led the global supply chain management team for Delphi Technologies’ Internal Combustion Engine business unit. Brimble began his career at Delphi Technologies in June 1992 as a manufacturing engineer and moved three years later into supply chain management as a metallic buyer. In 2000 he became a key member of the raw materials team in Troy, Mich., before returning to the UK in 2003 to manage purchasing of raw materials for the EMEA and Asia regions. Brimble joined the Powertrain supply chain management team in December 2006 as diesel purchasing manager and, since then, has held several assignments within the function. Ultimately, Brimble was head of purchasing for the Delphi Corporation and later returned to Delphi Powertrain to head the purchasing team. Before joining Delphi Technologies, Brimble held various positions related to press tool design and manufacture in his native city of Birmingham, UK.

Brimble has a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Nottingham Trent University, UK.

Mike Clarke , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Mike Clarke is senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Delphi Technologies. Based in London, Clarke is responsible for our people, including all aspects of Human Resources processes and policies, such as talent management and development, compensation and benefits, and labor relations. Clarke also oversees our environment, health and safety & security functions.

Clarke previously worked at Hertz Corporation for six years, where he served as vice president, HR international. Clarke moved to Hertz from Fiat Group & CNH Europe, and prior to that held various HR roles for Tenneco Automotive, including vice president HR international for its Ride Control division, Clean Air division and Aftermarket business. He began his career in HR in 1994 as human resources manager for Scotland and Newcastle.

Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and manufacturing engineering from John Moores University in Liverpool, England.

Michael Dorah , , , Senior Vice President Manufacturing Systems

Michael Dorah is senior vice president, manufacturing systems of Delphi Technologies. In this role, Dorah leads global manufacturing systems and manages the launch for all of the company’s business units, Capex and LEAN projects.

Dorah has 25 years of leadership experience in various areas, including lean manufacturing, sales, labor relations, strategic planning, finance and supplier development. Prior to joining Delphi Technologies, he was vice president of operations of Chassix’ North American, South American and European operations. Prior to that, he was vice president of operations and general manager of Acument Global Technologies, and previously director of purchasing with American Axle and Manufacturing Inc.

Dorah earned two master’s degrees, one in materials engineering from the Massachusetts Institutute of Technology and the second in business administration from the Sloan School at MIT, as well as a bachelor’s degree in materials engineering from the Steven Institute of Technology.

Kerem Erman , , , Senior Vice President and General Manager Fuel Injection Systems

Kerem Erman is senior vice president and general manager, Fuel Injection Systems

Erman has over 20 years of experience at Delphi. Before becoming a PBU General Manager, Erman was vice president strategic sourcing. In 2011, he became plant manager of the Blois and La Rochelle sites in France and had previously been the plant manager in Izmir, Turkey for three years. During his career, Erman has also held a number of positions in finance and operations.

Erman holds am executive master’s degree in business administration from ESSEC Business School, France, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bogazici University Istanbul, Turkey.

Paul Farrell , , , Senior Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development

Paul Farrell is senior vice president, strategy and corporate development. In addition to his current role, Farrell also has responsibility for the company’s licensing.

Prior to this role, Farrell was named director, strategy and planning, for Delphi Technologies in 2014. In 2016, his responsibilities were extended to include product line management, and he was promoted to vice president. He has over twenty years of experience driving strategic change, improving operations, and developing new technology. Prior to joining Delphi Technologies, Farrell worked for more than eight years as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and A.T. Kearney. Before that, he held a diverse mix of positions at Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company, including management positions in engineering and technical sales. Farrell began his career at the General Electric Company as a development engineer working on U.S. Navy nuclear reactor applications.

Farrell holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He earned two master’s degrees, one in business administration from Michigan State University and the second in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in mechanical engineering.

Mary Gustanski , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mary Gustanski is senior vice president and chief technology officer of Delphi Technologies. In this role, Gustanski is responsible for the company’s innovation and global technologies, including advanced propulsion systems for future vehicle electrification. She also oversees the company’s Quality & Warranty department. Prior to this role, she served as vice president, engineering & program management for Delphi Automotive, which spun off its propulsion business to become Delphi Technologies in 2017.

Gustanski began her 37-year career as a college cooperative student at the former AC Spark Plug Division of General Motors. She was hired as an associate manufacturing engineer in 1985 and went on to hold several positions in engineering and manufacturing, including senior manufacturing project engineer, senior project engineer and production superintendent, prior to being promoted to divisional plant quality manager in 1997. Gustanski became chief engineer for generators in 1998 and was promoted in 2001 to technical center director. In 2003, she was named global director of manufacturing engineering. In 2006, Gustanski was appointed as a member of the Powertrain Systems Executive Staff as the divisional director of engineering, customer satisfaction and program management. She was named as vice president of engineering, operations & customer satisfaction in 2012 and in 2014, was appointed to the corporate engineering team as vice president of engineering and program management.

Gustanski earned a master’s degree in manufacturing management and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University. She was recognized as one of the “100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry” by Automotive News in 2010 and 2015.

Dean Harlow , , , Senior Vice President Engineering Optimization

Dean Harlow is senior vice president, engineering optimization of Delphi Technologies. Based in Auburn Hills, Mich., Harlow is focused on optimizing the global engineering organization, which includes footprint rationalization and implementing agile, common and lean engineering processes and systems.

Harlow is an entrepreneurial profit & loss leader with more than 30 years of global leadership experience which includes breaking into new markets, driving company growth and leading technology-enabled innovation across the automotive, defense, commercial/off-highway vehicle and clean energy sectors. Prior to his time at Delphi Technologies, Harlow has held multiple executive positions at General Motors, where he served in a variety of capacities, including engineering, finance, planning, corporate business development and government relations. More recently, Harlow has also served as President and CEO of independent Tier 1 supplier Ricardo Inc., and CEO of Tier 1 supplier Lapeer Plating + Plastics.

Harlow holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University.

James D. Harrington , , , Senior Vice President and General Counsel

James D. Harrington is senior vice president and general counsel of Delphi Technologies.

Prior to joining Delphi Technologies, he served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Tenneco Inc., a global automotive supplier, from 2009 to 2017. Previously, he served as vice president, law. Before joining Tenneco in 2005 as corporate counsel, he worked at Mayer Brown LLP in the firm’s corporate and securities practice from 1997 to 2005.

Harrington earned a juris doctor degree the Northwestern University School of Law, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a certified public accountant.

Richard Hu , , , Senior Vice President and General Manager Powertrain Products

Richard Hu is senior vice president and general manager Powertrain Products of Delphi Technologies. In this role, Hu oversees the company’s Powertrain Products business unit, which includes the advancement of fuel and exhaust systems technologies such as fuel handling systems, canisters, exhaust sensors, smart remote actuators, ignitions, dynamic sensors, EACV and valve trains. In Hu’s current role, he will have P&L responsibility for the global Powertrain Products business unit, which is comprised of 7,000 employees in ten plants and eight technical centers, operating across three regions.

Hu is a veteran in the automotive industry, with 25 years of leadership and operations experience. Prior to his current role, he was managing director, Americas region for the Delphi Technologies’ ICE System & Components business unit. His other experiences include roles of increasing responsibility with large global automotive suppliers, such as Magna and Magneti Marelli.

Hu earned a master’s degree in business administration through a joint international education program between Shanghai’s Southern Cross and Tongji Universities, as well as a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Beijing University of Aviation & Aerospace.

Anna Mitchell , , , Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs

Anna Mitchell is Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Delphi Technologies. Based in London, Mitchell is responsible for global communications, government relations and brand strategy, as well as acting as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to the CEO and wider executive leadership team.

With more than 20 years’ international experience in a wide range of communications roles, Mitchell has worked across media relations, issues and crisis management, investor relations, marketing and sponsorship, brand, digital, employee engagement and change management in a number of sectors including professional and financial services, manufacturing and consultancy. She also spent several years as managing director with operational and P&L responsibility for UK and global business units of a UK listed company.

Mitchell holds a master’s degree in organizational communications and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and marketing from Charles Sturt University, Australia.

Michael Neumann , , , Senior Vice President Global Sales

Michael Neumann is senior vice president, global sales of Delphi Technologies.

Neumann also served as senior vice president, global sales for Delphi Powertrain Systems prior to the spin-off in 2017. Prior to that position, he served as vice president sales, marketing and planning of Delphi Thermal Systems in 2012. Neumann spent over ten years at Delphi Thermal Systems as director of commercial operations Europe, before transferring to Troy, Mich. in 2010 as general director of sales, marketing and planning. He joined Delphi in 2000 as global customer manager VW Group in Wuppertal, Germany. Neumann began his sales career in 1994 with Reznor Lufttechnik GmbH and later joined Modine Manufacturing Company.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from FH Gelsenkirchen University, Germany, and a diploma in mechanical engineering from the University of Gelsenkirchen.

Kevin Quinlan , , , Senior Vice President and General Manager Electrification & Electronics

Kevin Quinlan is senior vice president and general manager, Electrification & Electronics of Delphi Technologies.

Prior to his current position, Quinlan held various roles within Delphi Technologies. Quinlan was vice president powertrain gasoline engine management systems, Asia-Pacific, and general manager global gas engine management systems. In 2006, he was appointed general manager, global fuel handling and evaporative canisters, and general manager of the powertrain systems division, Asia-Pacific. Quinlan became manager of manufacturing planning, Delphi Interior Systems in Warren, Mich., in 1998. He subsequently held a number of roles including various plant manager positions in North America and Europe, director of customer satisfaction for Delphi Thermal and Interior, and director of operations for Delphi Thermal.

He holds a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo, both in business administration.

Vivid Sehgal , , , Chief Financial Officer

Vivid Sehgal is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Delphi Technologies. In addition to Sehgal’s current role, he also has responsibility for the company’s real estate function.

Sehgal brings more than 25 years of global financial, commercial and change management leadership, most recently with LivaNova PLC, where he served as chief financial officer. Previously, Sehgal served as senior vice president, treasury, risk and investor relations at Allergan from 2014 to 2015, and vice president and regional controller of Allergan’s Europe, Middle East and Africa business from 2007 to 2014. Before Allergan, Sehgal worked for nine years in various roles with GlaxoSmithKline PLC and SmithKline Beecham PLC, where he eventually served as group controller for GSK’s International Pharmaceutical Division. He brings additional financial leadership experience from other companies, including Gillette Company Inc. during its acquisition by Procter and Gamble Inc. and Grand Metropolitan PLC.

Sehgal earned a master's degree in finance and investment from the University of Exeter and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Leicester, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
