Hari N. Nair , , , Interim Chief Executive Officer

Hari N. Nair was appointed Delphi Technologies’ interim CEO in October 2018 and has been a director on the company’s board since December 2017.

Mr. Nair also serves as CEO of Anitar Investments LLC, a private investment company with holdings in the manufacturing and technology sectors and serves on the boards of Anitar owned private companies. Mr. Nair is also a consultant to NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd., for M&A projects. Previously, Mr. Nair served as the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Tenneco Inc., a global automotive supplier, from 2010 until his retirement in early 2015. He was also a member of the Tenneco Board of Directors from 2009 until his retirement. Prior to being appointed COO, Mr. Nair was President of Tenneco’s International Group, where he was responsible for managing business operations and capitalizing on growth opportunities in Europe, South America and the Asia-Pacific regions. Mr. Nair joined Tenneco in 1987 and assumed positions of increasing responsibility across various functions including strategic planning, business development, quality and operations. Mr. Nair’s early career included financial and operations positions with General Motors and the American Water Company. Mr. Nair received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bradley University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and completed the Advanced-Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Nair currently serves on the Boards of Owens-Illinois and Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co. Ltd. (Japan). He also serves as an Advisory Board member with ITT’s Motion Technologies division and BizPayFx, a FinTech startup. Mr. Nair’s offers the Board extensive manufacturing experience, global business experience, strategic planning and executive leadership skills.

Alex Ashmore , , , Senior Vice President and President Aftermarket Segment

Alex Ashmore is Senior Vice President and President Aftermarket.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Ashmore was ABB Senior Group Vice President and Lead Division Manager Electrification in Asia Pacific. He began his career with TRW in 1990, where he held a variety of aftermarket roles of increasing seniority in sales, marketing, and product management in both Europe and Asia-Pacific. In 2006, he was named head of TRW’s Asia-Pacific aftermarket business in Shanghai, where he also served as Chairman of the China Aftermarket Forum, a subsidiary of Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA). In 2012 Alex was named Vice President and General Manager, Parts and Service, Global and in 2013 assumed the leadership of TRW’s Friction Manufacturing business.

Mr. Ashmore has a degree in Economics from Manchester University and a CIM Diploma in Marketing from Birmingham Polytechnic University.

Sherief Bakr , , , Vice President, Investor Relations

Sherief Bakr is Vice President, Investor Relations. He has global responsibility for all initiatives related to communication with the investment community.

Mr. Bakr brings almost 20 years of experience working in financial services and investor relations in both Europe and North America. Prior to joining Delphi Technologies, he was Group Vice President, Investor Relations at Gartner, Inc., a global research and advisory company. Before joining Gartner, Mr. Bakr was Director, Investor Relations at Nokia Corporation from 2010 to 2015, based in London.

Between 1999 and 2010, he served as a sell-side equity research analyst with Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Bakr holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bath, England.

Mike Clarke , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Mike Clarke is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Based in London, Mr. Clarke is responsible for our people, including all aspects of Human Resources processes and policies including Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Relations. In addition to his responsibilities as CHRO, Mike will lead the Delphi Technologies Communications organization.

Mr. Clarke previously worked at Hertz Corporation for six years, where he served as Vice President, HR International. Mr. Clarke moved to Hertz from Fiat Group & CNH Europe, and prior to that held various HR roles for Tenneco Automotive, including Vice president HR International for its Ride Control Division, Clean Air Division and Aftermarket business. He began his career in human resources in 1994 as Human Resources manager for Scotland and Newcastle.

Mr. Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and manufacturing engineering from John Moores University in Liverpool, England.

Kerem Erman , , , Senior Vice President and General Manager ICE Systems and Components

Kerem Erman is Senior Vice President and General Manager ICE Systems and Components.

Mr. Erman has over 20 years of experience at Delphi. Before becoming a PBU General Manager, he was Vice President Strategic Sourcing. In 2011, he became plant manager of the Blois and La Rochelle sites in France and had previously been the plant manager in Izmir, Turkey for three years. During his career, Mr. Erman has also held a number of positions in finance and operations.

Mr. Erman holds a Business Administration degree from Bogazici University Istanbul in Turkey, as well as an Executive MBA degree from ESSEC Business School in France.

Paul Farrell , , , Senior Vice President Strategic Planning and Product Marketing

Paul Farrell is Vice President Strategy and Product Marketing.

Prior to this role Mr. Farrell was named Director, Strategy and Planning for Delphi Powertrain Systems in 2014. In 2016, his responsibilities were extended to include product line management, and he was promoted to Vice President. Mr. Farrell joined Delphi Finance in 2013 to establish a corporate strategy function. He has over twenty years of experience driving strategic change, improving operations, and developing new technology.

Prior to joining Delphi, Mr. Farrell worked for more than eight years as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and A.T. Kearney. Before that, he held a diverse mix of positions at Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company, including management positions in engineering and technical sales. Mr. Farrell began his career at the General Electric Company as a development engineer working on U.S. Navy nuclear reactor applications.

Mr. Farrell holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Michigan State University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University, both in mechanical engineering.

Mary Gustanski , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Delphi Technologies

Mary Gustanski, is the senior vice president and chief technology officer for Delphi Technologies, formerly Delphi Automotive.  In this role, Gustanski is responsible for the company’s innovation and global technologies, including advanced propulsion systems for future vehicle electrification. Prior to this role, she served as vice president, Engineering & Program Management for Delphi Automotive, which spun off its propulsion business to become Delphi Technologies in 2017.

Ms. Gustanski began her 37-year career as a college cooperative student at the former AC Spark Plug Division of General Motors. She was hired full time as an associate manufacturing engineer in April 1985, and went on to hold several positions in engineering and manufacturing, including senior manufacturing project engineer, senior project engineer and production superintendent, prior to being promoted to divisional plant quality manager in 1997. Ms. Gustanski became chief engineer for Generators in 1998 and was promoted in 2001 to Technical Center Director. In 2003, she was named global director of manufacturing engineering.

In 2006, Ms. Gustanski was appointed as a member of the Powertrain Systems Executive Staff as the divisional director of engineering, Customer Satisfaction and Program Management. She was named as Delphi Powertrain’s vice president of Engineering, Operations & Customer Satisfaction in 2012 and in August 2014, was appointed to the corporate engineering team as vice president of Engineering and Program Management.

Ms. Gustanski was recognized as one of the “100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry” by Automotive News in 2010 and 2015.

Ms. Gustanski earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University (formerly GMI).

Peter Hakanson , , , Senior Vice President Supply Chain, Operations and Total Quality

Peter Hakanson is Senior Vice President Supply Chain, Operations and Total Quality.

Mr. Hakanson brings more than 30 years of international leadership roles in supply chain, operations, quality and purchasing. Prior to joining Delphi Technologies, he was Head of Operations, Senior Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee at Rexel, a global electric materials and services B2B distributor. Prior to Rexel, Peter worked for Philips, where his last position was Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Officer in the Lighting division, preceded by increasing leadership responsibilities at Philips, General Electric and Volvo.

Peter is a Swedish national who has lived and worked in an international environment including France, the Netherlands, Japan and USA. He earned an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Linkoping Institute of Technology.

James D. Harrington , , , Senior Vice President and General Counsel

James D. Harrington is Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

Prior to joining Delphi Technologies, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tenneco Inc., a global automotive supplier, from 2009 to 2017. Previously, he served as Vice President, Law. Before joining Tenneco in 2005 as corporate counsel, he worked at Mayer Brown LLP in the firm’s corporate and securities practice from 1997 to 2005.

Mr. Harrington earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a juris doctor degree from the Northwestern University School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a certified public accountant.

Michael Neumann , , , Senior Vice President Global Sales

Michael Neumann is Vice President Global Sales.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Neumann served as Vice President Sales, Marketing and Planning of Delphi Thermal Systems where he spent over ten years. He joined Delphi in April 2000 as global customer manager VW Group in Wuppertal, Germany. Mr. Neumann began his sales career in 1994 with Reznor Lufttechnik GmbH and later joined Modine Manufacturing Company.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from FH Gelsenkirchen University, Germany, and a diploma in mechanical engineering from the University of Gelsenkirchen and Duisburg, Germany.

Vivid Sehgal , , , Chief Financial Officer

Vivid Sehgal is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Sehgal brings more than 25 years of financial, commercial and change management leadership, most recently with LivaNova Plc, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Sehgal served as Senior Vice President, Treasury, Risk and Investor Relations at Allergan from 2014 to 2015, and Vice President and Regional Controller of Allergan’s Europe, Middle East and Africa business from 2007 to 2014.

Before Allergan, Mr. Sehgal worked for nine years in various roles with GlaxoSmithKline PLC and SmithKline Beecham PLC, where he eventually served as Group Controller for GSK’s International Pharmaceutical Division. He brings additional financial leadership experience from other companies, including with Gillette Company, Inc. during its acquisition by Procter and Gamble, Inc. and Grand Metropolitan plc.

Mr. Sehgal has lived and worked in the U.S., the U.K., Eastern and Central Europe, and the Middle East. He earned a master's degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Leicester, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Kevin Quinlan , , , Senior Vice President and General Manager, Electrification and Electronics

Kevin Quinlan is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Electrification and Electronics.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Quinlan was Vice President Powertrain gasoline engine management systems, Asia Pacific, and General Manager global gas engine management systems. In 2006, he was appointed general manager, global fuel handling and evaporative canisters, and general manager of the Powertrain Systems division, Asia Pacific.

Mr. Quinlan became manager of manufacturing planning, Delphi Interior Systems in Warren, USA, in 1998. He subsequently held a number of roles including various plant manager positions in North America and Europe, director of customer satisfaction for Delphi Thermal and Interior, and director of operations for Delphi Thermal.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, USA, both in business administration.
